Ingredients
- 2 lb pork shoulder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp five-spice powder
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 10 corn tortillas
- Diced onion and cilantro
Preparation
- Slow-cook pork shoulder with salt and five-spice until tender.
- Shred pork and crisp in a hot skillet.
- Mix soy sauce, hoisin, honey, and rice vinegar; toss with crisped pork.
- Warm tortillas.
Assembly
- Fill tortillas with char siu carnitas.
- Top with onion and cilantro.
